Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables
Coordinate resources and vendors
Track project performance and analyze goal completion
Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
Policy and Procedure DevelopmentResearch, develop, and implement policies and procedures
Conduct regular reviews and updates
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and feedback
Develop and execute implementation plans
Governance and ComplianceAnalyze governance structures and recommend improvements
Prepare reports on governance issues and recommendations
