This role is for a Business Change Manager focusing on governance, policy, and project management. Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables

Coordinate resources and vendors

Track project performance and analyze goal completion

Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs

Policy and Procedure DevelopmentResearch, develop, and implement policies and procedures

Conduct regular reviews and updates

Facilitate stakeholder engagement and feedback







Develop and execute implementation plans

Governance and ComplianceAnalyze governance structures and recommend improvements

Prepare reports on governance issues and recommendations

Ensure projects adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies

Identify and assess risks, developing mitigation strategies

Conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations

Stakeholder CommunicationCommunicate project updates to all stakeholders

Facilitate meetings to gather input on governance matters

Data Analysis and ReportingDevelop program analysis and trackers

Collect and interpret data related to governance and policy issues

Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and the board
