Email & Digital Marketing Executive – Restaurant – Up to £37k + bonus, Benefits – Hybrid (3 days office)Our client is an award-winning restaurant brand, with a passion for offering unique experiences for their valued customers. They are looking for a talented Email and Digital Marketing Executive, with CRM/Email marketing experience to join their lovely team and drive their campaigns forward to develop their brand. They offer hybrid working (3 days in the office per week), 25 days holiday + Bank holidays, healthcare, bonus and a range of other benefits.
As Email and Digital Marketing Executive, you will report to the Head of Marketing and join a collaborative marketing team that oversees the brand.
You will take play a key role in the planning, executing, creating and optimising of email campaigns, ensuring that they engage with audiences and analyse data to improve the marketing function. The team are looking for a creative Marketer with an eye for design and aesthetics to produce effective campaigns.
Someone with a passion for email marketing and great communication, writing, and analytical skills would thrive in this varied role! What do I need?
At least two years’ Marketing experience
Experience in creating, sending and analysing emails/CRM function
Proficient in email marketing systems (i.e. Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo or similar)Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)Strong design skills and an eye for visuals
Familiar with A/B testing and optimisation as well as segmentation and reporting
Proficient in MS Office (incl. Excel) & Google Suite (Drive, Forms, Google Meet)Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or similar is desirable!Organised, able to multitask & meet deadlines
