Nicholas Scott is working with a major US Law Firm who require a 5 to 7 year + PQE Employment Associate on a fixed term contract basis, This contract will run until August 2025. The Employment team in London consists of 2 Partners, 2 Counsel, 1 Consultant and 4 Associates (plus trainees/paralegals). (This excludes the Pension and Benefits team.
The team has been consistently ranked as one of the leading teams in the UK and advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters (roughly 50/50 split), primarily for employers, including:Recruitment and termination of executives
Restructuring programmes
Business transfers and outsourcings
Tribunal and High Court litigation
Day to day advice/counselling
International projects
Corporate transactions
