Senior Contracts Manager - PR/006438We are looking for a dynamic Senior Contracts Manager to join our team, focusing on the APAC market. This permanent role offers hybrid working with 2-3 days per week in West London, a competitive salary of up to £75k + Bonus, and a 4.5-day working week. Key Responsibilities:Take full ownership of the APAC region, managing key accounts in markets such as Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, and more.
Lead complex contract negotiations and drive new business deals in the region. Oversee contract amendments, dispute resolution, and ensure compliance with contractual terms. Provide leadership by managing a team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ideal Candidate:Direct line management experience is essential. Strong background in contract management and negotiation with a focus on APAC markets.
Prior experience in the aerospace or defence sector is an advantage. Strong commercial acumen, with experience handling major bids and tenders. Comfortable working with international clients, especially those where English is not the first language.
