Your Role: As a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Solution Architect at Power 365 Solutions, you will: Architectural Leadership: Lead the conceptualisation and design of comprehensive solution architectures. Ensure solutions align with both business objectives and technological innovation. Client and Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, providing expert guidance on complex technical concepts.
Build and maintain senior-level client relationships. Professional Growth and Development: Stay ahead of technological advancements, mentor team members, and contribute to their technical development. Technical Oversight and Quality Assurance:
Ensure all solutions meet high standards of quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Implement and monitor technical governance to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Innovation and Strategy: Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies.
Collaborate on strategic planning and innovation initiatives. Advise on the adoption of emerging technologies to keep the company at the cutting edge of the industry. Project Management and Delivery: Oversee the technical delivery of projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications: To excel in this role,
you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Proven experience in developing and implementing solution architectures. Exceptional communication skills, engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership skills with a track record of successful team and project management.
Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. Strong knowledge of data integration, migrations, APIs , and microservices architecture. Proficient in configuring, customiszing, and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
Skilled in Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing. Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
CE/PP/Data Certifications are desirable and will be required in the future if not already obtained.
