Amicus are on the lookout for a Managing Recruitment Consultant to join our EU team in Manchester! Established at the start of 2017, Amicus Recruitment is a niche tech recruitment company, specialising in the Software Engineering, ERP, Cloud & DevOps markets. We’ve grown to 28 people currently across Manchester and Austin, TX and have plans to reach 60 heads by the end of 2025.
We’ve come a long way in 7 years, we’re just at the start of our journey. We have big plans, and we want hungry, driven, ambitious individuals to join us on it. The roleA hands-on 360 recruitment position with the main objective of developing a market across the Software Engineering, ERP, Cloud or DevOps within our EU team
Develop client relationships with both new & existing clients across niche technical markets using business development techniques/skills
Working with exciting startups to large global companies to expand their tech teams
Compose quality, well-written content for job advertisements
Build brand awareness across the new region with social network activity
Host tech webinars, round table events and attend sponsored tech events
Lead by example to less experienced consultants with consistent billings & regularly promoting best practices
What do I need to be successful?At least a 2 - 3 year of experience as a 360 recruiter within the tech industry (or similar industry)History of developing new & existing client relationships
Ability to build internal and external relationships
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Hungry, driven, ambitious, resilient personality
Good business acumen
