Are you an experienced Team Assistant with a background in Investment, Finance, Private Equity, or Asset Management? Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are seeking a hardworking and proactive team assistant to join a luxury busy and dynamic office in London. This role is initially offered on a temp basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The successful applicant will be based in London and available to work in the office 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple busy diaries with precision for several heads
- Coordinating complex travel arrangements across different time zones
- Supporting ongoing projects
- Handling administrative tasks and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Multitasking and prioritising in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Team Assistant ideally within Investment, Finance, Private Equity, or Asset Management sectors
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Must be highly organised
- Available to work from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday
- Immediately available
