MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop, present, implement, monitor, and deliver a strategic and measurable sales plan to ensure delivery of revenue goals.
- Research, draft and publish articles.
- Sell and promote DRUM products and services.
- Develop relationships with related professionals and decision-makers from across the industry.
- Attend exclusive networking events to expand and develop the company's professional contacts.






- Grow and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

Marketing:
- Conduct research to gather information about target audiences and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a marketing plan and strategy.
- Content creation for various marketing materials & internal communications.
- Social media management: manage the DRUM social media platforms and have full control over content output.
- Manage technology platforms including CRM, mass mailer and the corporate website.
- Fully engage with and leverage the features of HubSpot to maximise return and demonstrate team effort and efficacy.

You are a strong and effective communicator, very self-aware, independent and have a desire to learn, develop and upskill.

- Interest in and understanding of various marketing channels and communication methods.
- Previous sales or marketing experience is appreciated.
