Your new role
We are looking for an experienced Senior CDM Advisor / Principal Designer to join a dynamic team in which the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and managing design safety across a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations.
- Provide expert advice on health and safety risks during the design phase.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project safety.
- Oversee a variety of small and large projects
- Support the Associate Director and Director as well as mentor junior colleagues.
- Conduct design reviews and hazard assessments.
- Prepare and maintain pre-construction information and health and safety files.
What you'll need to succeed
Significant experience as a Principal Designer with a strong understanding of CDM regulations.NEBOSH Qualification or other relevant health and safety qualificationsTechnical qualifications in construction, engineering, or architecture.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with BIM and other design software is a plus.What you'll get in return
