Our consultancy client are looking for an experienced business process consultant with experience of process mapping and modelling within the financial services industry preferably asset management. You will be running a prototype approach for a process mapping pod for a client measuring velocity and throughput of the team by looking at the number of process maps achieved over time and understand the resource demand on business SME's whilst looking at the variability by level of existing documentation and complexity of process. Overall this will be working within commercial asset finance onboarding, collections and arrears as well as finance team processes.
You will need to gain an understanding of the clients risk taxonomies and controls 1 and 2 register and have used IBM Bluestream previously as there chosen product. Tasked with documenting the process maps with associated risks and controls captured you will need to align with risks mapped to risk taxonomy and controls register and delivery KPI's or evidence points, throughputs as the business case to scale and plan for scaling of the pod.
The role is until the start of Feb and will be inside IR35 with a day per week on site on South London
