Full job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a children¿s patient engagement and involvement officer with a focus on rare kidney diseases as part of the newly funded LifeArc-Kidney Research UK Centre for Rare Kidney Disease.
The post will be based at the Institute in the Park building at Alder Hey Children's Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Eaton Road, Liverpool working alongside experienced patient engagement colleagues within the Department of Women¿s and Children's Health in the University of Liverpool.
You will have relevant experience, excellent communication skills and a positive approach to inclusive working. Flexible working for part of the working week is permitted. The role will involve working as part of a large, national consortium to support the creation and oversight of a children's kidney advisory board.
You will have 3 GCSE's at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.
