Our client a London based investor is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their established legal function. This role requires a versatile lawyer who can manage a broad range of legal issues, including commercial law, financial services, real estate and employment. Strong drafting skills, a pragmatic approach to risk, and the ability to provide both technical legal analysis and commercial, risk-based decisions are essential.
The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate M&A; or be an ex-commercial litigator, possessing sharp negotiation skills and a proactive, forward-thinking mindset. You'll thrive in handling complex matters, from structuring deals and acquisitions to managing contentious disputes,
with the ability to balance risk management and commercial opportunities.
The role will require flexibility, discretion, and a strategic approach to unique, often confidential legal projects. It is important that you are intellectually curious, commercially minded, and looking for a diverse and challenging legal role.
