We are delighted to partner with a leading property organisation to appoint a Fire Safety Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a great team in London. My client is looking for an experienced fire risk assessor to undertake technical fire auditing.
Responsibilities:
- Audit fire risk assessments and provide quality assurance
- Provide competent fire safety advice
- Support the Fire Safety Director
- Conduct site inspections
Experience | Qualifications | Memberships
- NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate or an equivalent level qualification (essential)
- Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety or Fire Risk Assessment (desirable)
- Member of the IFE or IFSM
- Experience conducting Fire Risk Assessments on residential properties or higher-risk residential buildings (HRRB)
- Great knowledge and understanding of fire safety legislation and guidelines
- Experience within the Housing and Property sectors
- Experience in the fire service or enforcement (Desirable but not essential)
- Full UK driving license
This is an exceptional hybrid opportunity with a high-performing team in London. You will be providing quality assurance on fire risk assessments conducted by external parties. The salary is dependent on experience and expertise.
