Job Duties
We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Analyst with sound knowledge and experience in front office for one of our global Investment Banking Clients.
- Work with sales, trading and front office teams to help design and develop front office trading platforms, RFQ applications , including writing business requirements.
- Support the implementation & testing of the platform
- Lead the workflows across trade lifecycle management which includes the order and trade management, trade booking.
- Map products into application templates and perform detailed analysis to align pricing and risk models.
- Provide estimates for Front Office delivery to support the project approval process.
- Offer general ad-hoc support for Front Office-related tasks.
- Serve as the primary contact for affiliates regarding all Front Office-related tasks and issues.
- Complete project and work-stream status reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
- Help in overall Front office practice development within CRISIL.
Skills Required
- Hands on relevant experience in FO domain at Financial Institutions especially with order and trade management, RFQ, trade booking areas would be highly desirable
- Knowledge & experience of working in both agile/waterfall environment ( JIRA, Confluence etc.)
- Experience of working on large FO programmes with multiple work streams & multiple stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Python (Mandatory) / SQL / C++ programming is desirable
- Excellent communication and documentation skills to coordinate with business and technology stakeholders and team members
- Understanding of various types of orders like High touch, low touch and no touch orders, Direct Market Access orders.
- Strong knowledge of rates, Swaps, Repos, etc.
- Good understanding of Trade life cycle, Booking systems, Allocations, pricing and risk models.
