Senior Business Support Administrator – Join Our Team

What you’ll be doing:
As our Senior Business Support Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Brands Hotels & Ground Handlers Contracting aspects, ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional holidays to our guests.
You’ll be responsible for managing the entire contract process for a specific geographical area, supplier type, or TTC company, while overseeing the output of Business Supplier Administrators in your team. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will help you deliver impeccable results while meeting the specific demands of our TTC brands, represented by Tracoin Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently allocate the workload within your team once deals have been reached by the Brands Hotels & Ground Handlers Contracting Team.
- Train, supervise, and manage the Business Support Administrators assigned to your area of responsibility.
- Implement workflows via Airtable and manage the creation and dispatch of contracts through DocuSign, following tight guidelines.
- Ensure contracts are correctly created, loaded, and maintained in our in-house system Tropics, while keeping the Master Database updated with accurate data.
- Collaborate with Costing & Pricing to deliver the correct data set within deadlines for your assigned area.
- Support the Business Support Assistant Manager and Business Support Manager with additional tasks as needed.
- Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations for strategic decision-making.
- Address day-to-day queries and assist in resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure the timely and quality delivery of tasks within set guidelines and deadlines.
About You
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with new systems.
- Multi-tasking abilities and excellent time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Salary – GBP £33K
Location: London, UK (Hybrid - 3 days in central London Office, 2 days WFH)
