My client, a specialist boutique law firm, is actively recruiting for an experience Paralegal to join them in their Liverpool office on a permanent basis – working as their new Personal Injury Paralegal.

The successful Paralegal will be an integral member of the team, undertaking all aspects of legal casework and administrative tasks – under the supervision of their direct line manager and also other Solicitors at the firm.

To be considered for this Personal Injury Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

- Assisting with case preparation
- Drafting legal documentation and court documents,





including filing documents
- Conducting extensive legal research
- Updating and maintaining accurate records and files via the firms’ case management system(s)
- Data management and manipulation
- Liaising/working with wider teams in relation to their clients and potential clients, gathering-client data
- Supporting your direct line manager and other Solicitors/Partners when required

To be considered for this Personal Injury Paralegal position, you’ll need to have/be:

- Have previous/existing Personal Injury experience from a law firm
- Be degree educated (minimum of 2:1 LLB or GDL)
- Have experience using case management systems
- Have experience using MS Office applications
- Be able to commute to the Liverpool office (a minimum of 3 days a week)
