- Coordinate resources and vendors
- Track project performance and analyze goal completion
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
Policy and Procedure Development
- Research, develop, and implement policies and procedures
- Conduct regular reviews and updates
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and feedback
- Develop and execute implementation plans
Governance and Compliance
