Contract Opportunity: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid – 2 Days/Week in London Office
Rate: £400 per day (Outside IR35)
Project Type: Brownfield (Optimisation & Automation)
I'm looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to work with a leading organisation in the education sector. We’re looking for a skilled BA to join a brownfield project focused on optimising existing processes and introducing automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels, understanding business needs and ensuring alignment with Salesforce capabilities.
Requirement Gathering: Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions to capture the business objectives and challenges, translating them into actionable Salesforce solutions.
Process Optimisation: Assess and refine existing Salesforce processes to optimise efficiency, introducing automation wherever possible to improve overall workflow and reduce manual intervention.
Gap Analysis: Perform a comprehensive analysis of current systems, identifying gaps in functionality and recommending improvements to meet organisational goals.
Documentation & Solution Design: Create detailed business requirements, process documentation, and user stories to guide technical teams in implementing effective Salesforce solutions.
Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure that solutions meet business expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
User Training & Support:
Provide ongoing training and support to end users to ensure that new solutions are effectively adopted and utilised within the organisation.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven expertise in optimising Salesforce solutions and delivering process improvements.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders across various levels of the business.
- Ability to work independently and within a dynamic team.
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Duration: 6 months with potential for extension.
