Senior Account Manager or Account Manager London based - office based

Up to £52k + BenefitsWe are thrilled to partner with an award-winning branding & design agency to find an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager. Working across the biggest brands in Retail, Drinks, CPG, Tech & Sports. This is a full-time position based in London, office based.

Your role: The account handling team oversees the solution of branding challenges in corporate or consumer areas, providing seamless integration and management of the agency offerings the Account Manager is the day-to-day driver supporting the Senior Account Director across medium and large-scale projects and independently running small to medium-sized projects.





Responsibilities Act as day-to-day client contact across several accounts, managing requests and problem-solving when required

Internal and external project management, including management of timings, status, meeting planning and preparation, and on larger projects, support the Senior Account Director in day-to-day management of the project

Management of client procurement process, including tracking and estimation of hours

Lead teams from initial project brief through project completion across strategic, creative and implementation deliverables

Engage and hold trusted relationships with other functions at the agency, including design, strategy, new business, finance and operations

Manage freelance network operating on an account, tracking spend and availability

Contribute to the collaborative development of strategic and creative deliverables by inputting ideas and reviewing draft recommendations

Prepare project proposals, clearly detailing activities, deliverables, timings, fees, third-party costs, and expenses







Manage work stream revenue and profitability, and consistently communicate to teams, management, and finance

Grow client engagements in support of monthly and quarterly business and financial objectives

Gain a deep understanding of core product and service offers in order to proactively identify opportunities for growing existing accounts

Qualifications & Experience: Account handling experience as well as experience working with blue chip or international clients

An understanding of the branding & design space

Excited and interested in brands and how they work.Understand the key principles of branding; communication with consumers, employees and other stakeholders

Skills & Competencies: Has experience with brand development work—creative,





strategy, production, etc.Is confident & able to handle themselves with a range of client types and levels

Highly self-motivated

Organized, well-prepared and able to keep calm under pressureA personable team player with the ability to drive results & create momentum through teamwork

Confidently hold their own in conversations (both with clients and internally)Comfortable with senior client interaction
