An Artificial Intelligence (AI) company are looking for a Technical Account Manager to play a major part in the development and implementation of their AI solutions to enhance customer experience and improve satisfaction. You'll have 3+ years of experience in a client facing role with a working understanding of data science, strong mathematical skills and an ability to develop lasting client relationships to join their team as they expand the business.
Responsibilities:Account ManagementRespond in a timely way to product and client related inquiries.
Help to implement and launch client projects. Inform and advise clients about the AI solution and its potential uses. Document customer needs and report customer feedback.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams. SkillsExperience in a technical account management position (tech and client facing)Bachelor's Degree in Maths, Computer Science or related field. Proficient in Microsoft, Google Suite, and CRM Management.
Understanding of AI principlesStrong analytical, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal)Understanding of Artificial Intelligence principlesTechnical Account Management, AI Fundamentals, Agile, Software Dev Lifecycle understanding. Client Facing, Hybrid role (2 days in London office per week).
