Commercial Property Solicitor South London, Surrey £50,000 - £70,000 W/28783 Commercial Property Solicitor - We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Top 200 and Chambers ranked law firm who are looking to expand their property team. This long-established practice with multiple offices are now seeking a further Commercial Property Solicitor to join their South London and Surrey offices. About the Role Joining a robust team of property experts, you will undertake a broad range of commercial property matters.
They are looking for a commercially aware solicitor who can advise and run their own commercial property files with minimal supervision. The caseload consists of freehold acquisitions/sales, option agreements,
overage agreements and secured lending as well as landlord and tenant transactions including leases, licence to assign, licence for alterations and deeds of surrender Candidate Requirements This position is ideally suited to a Lawyer with 3+ years PQE and who is seeking a change or an otherwise a step up.
The ideal candidate will have a sterling track record obtained with a London or large regional practice, team management skills and an enthusiasm for business development and managing client relations.
