Human Resources Assistant / HR Operations Specialist

We’re looking for an HR Operations Specialist to:
- Act as an HR Operations Specialist for UK specific topics and own relationships with internal stakeholders, for example Junior Talent, Onboarding etc.
- Carry out daily Right to Work checks for new joiners and existing employees and ensuring they have a valid work permit, when needed. This will require the individual to be on the office.
- Manage the workflow covering onboarding, employee lifecycle and exit administration, such as reference letters,
updating templates and Knowledge base articles.
- To act as the Regional Content Champion for Knowledge Based articles being point of contact and managing content updates for internal stakeholders.
- Support critical periodic vetting activities, including working directly with senior clients within the business.
- Treat sensitive documents with professionalism and discretion, minimizing risk of data breaches.
- Challenge the status quo, proactively propose improvements and implement all aspects of changes, including training, communication, documentation, control measures and early identification of potential issues and risks.
- Work in projects and deliver results according to priorities and targets, for example, digitalization and simplification.
- Make strong and sound decisions with the right balance when it comes to risk, efficiency, quality and standardization.
Your team
You'll be working in the HR Service Delivery UK Regional Services team in London.
Our role is to proactively drive a culture of continuous improvement and an effective HR process portfolio across HR Service Delivery. We support employees, line managers and our HR colleagues by ensuring best in class services through the entire employee lifecycle
Your expertise and skills:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree (related to economics/finance would be an advantage).
- Previous experience in HR Operation/Payroll/HR Reward would be an asset.
- Advanced English in speech and writing.
- Excellent PC skills, specifically with MS Office-Excel.
- Ability to work under time pressure and multitasking.
- Ability to identify process issues and improvement opportunities.
- Truly service oriented with great communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment,
as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures.
- Strong numerical skills.
