We’ve got an exciting 6-month contract for a Retail Contracts Administrator with the chance to go permanent! This role is perfect if you're ready to jumpstart or grow your career in Supplier Management and Procurement, all while making a real impact.
What You’ll Do :
- Be the go-to person in our Retail Contracts Team, supporting stock management, finance systems, and supplier data. You'll help boost sales growth, minimize costs, and power up EBITDA across the business.
- Own the stock flow! Manage, replenish, and allocate critical stock lines using our systems to keep things running smoothly across our stores.
- Help us keep the wheels turning literally by managing fleet data and fuel card usage, reporting monthly to the Retail Contracts Manager.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and a top-notch experience for all.
- Support ongoing store projects, from new store openings to remodels, and keep everything on track with the Store Pipeline team.

- A problem-solver, ready to jump in and resolve supplier queries while keeping an eye on long-term stock planning and peak season needs.
- You’re detail-focused but flexible, handling daily stock tasks while thinking ahead to ensure everything runs smoothly for our stores.
- You thrive on collaboration and are always ready to support wider projects across Retail Operations.
