Role Overview :
As an Assembly Operative, you'll play a crucial role in assembling parts from kits or scratch, ensuring impeccable quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assemble parts according to specifications with precision and accuracy
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Utilize hand tools for assembly tasks
- Follow assembly instructions and procedures meticulously
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
Shift Details :
- Shift : 6 : 00 am - 2 : 00 pm, Monday to Friday
- Hourly Rate : £11.44 per hour
- Full-Time Role : Transition to full-time employment after a successful 12-week probationary period
- Overtime rate paid after completing weekly 37.5 hours
Requirements :
- Good eye for detail and precision
- Ability to stand on feet for extended periods
- Previous experience in assembly work preferred
- Comfortable using hand tools and working with small parts
