We provide paid, specialist training to equip you with the necessary skills to confidently meet the varied needs of our clients, facilitating both personal and professional growth.
Shift Pattern :
- Permanent Contract with a minimum of 35 hours per week
- Rolling Rota (i.e. 3 on / 3 off or 4 on / 4 off etc.) Day or night-shift options are available.
- Rota issued in advance

Responsibilities
- Providing a high standard of care to our clients with all different healthcare requirements
- Moving and handling
- Personal care
- Medication administration
- Support new members of staff with shadow shifts and induction
Requirements
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
- Tracheostomy, PEG, Ventilation experience
- 12 months UK care experience and full right to work
- Possession of, or willingness to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Confident, positive interpersonal skills with leadership abilities.
