Primary Teacher KS2 Teacher & Literacy Lead September 2024 South London - Permanent
Q - Are you a qualified and experienced KS2 Primary Teacher, observed as GOOD / OUTSTANDING?
Q - Are you looking to step up into management in September, as a Literacy Leader?
The successful applicant MUST be a qualified primary teacher, with experience and a proven track record within KS2. You will also need to prove your ability to successfully lead a subject school wide, with a particular strength in Literacy.
The school is lovely community focused CofE Primary School in South London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven and dedicated primary teacher who has a passion for literacy and ready to become a subject leader !!

PERSON : Who are the school looking for ?
- Primary Teacher Key Stage 2 / KS2
- Qualified Primary Teacher ONLY UK QTS a MUST
- Minimum of 2 years’ Primary Teacher experience ideally Inner City - UK
- Experience leading a subject school wide an advantage!
- Strength in Literacy & desire to lead across the school!
- Excellent understanding of the Primary Curriculum & Teaching Standards required!
- Creative & Engaging individual required!
- Evidence of Good & Outstanding Primary Teaching!
- Confident in your classroom ability
- Excellent communication skills and management
ROLE : What will your role entail ?
- KS2 Primary Teacher & Literacy Leader
- Lead Literacy across the school Nursery through to Year 6
- School are proactive around CPD various opportunities throughout the year
- Join a fantastic KS2 phase excellent teaching team!
- Full Time & Permanent Contract
- September 2024 start
- Inner London MPS 3 6 (£40,318 - £47,666) + TLR
