Job description

Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons in line with the school's curriculum
- Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation
- Foster a love for Maths by exploring different teaching methods and approaches
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and behavior
- Communicate with parents and guardians to provide regular updates on student progress
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching Maths at the primary or secondary level
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with educational best practices
