My client is a well known and established national firm which, due to increased business, is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (2 years + pqe) to join its thriving team.
You will deal with a varied case load which will include sales, purchases, leases and plot sales transactions.
Working directly with the Partner, you will be part of the drive to continue to build this successful practice area. You will provide assistance to a diverse client portfolio (UK and international) on a variety of complex and traditional commercial property matters.
The firm has an excellent reputation within the property sector and offers a lovely working environment with clear progression opportunities.
