Responsibilities
- Champion thepany'spliance with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
- Own all aspects of UK regulatory reporting for their Open Banking & Payments licences.
- Partner with the Head of UKpliance and senior leadership to manage 'high-focus' areas for the FCA, including reporting, customerplaints, and notifications.
- Provide insightfulpliance advice on new and existing regulated financial services products.
- Support thepany's continuedpliant growth within the international market.
Person Specification
- Proven experience with regulatory reporting, ideally within the financial services sector.
- Good knowledge of the FCA and its regulations, with a specific focus on payments activities.
- A strong understanding of the Payment Services Directive (PSD2) and its implications.
- Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across the organisation.
- A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting.
- A degree in Law, Finance, Business, or an equivalent qualification (desirable).
- Prior experience within banks, Fin-Techpanies, payment service providers, or consultancies (a plus).
