Highly successful central London based Financial Investment firm are currently recruiting a confident, client focussed, highly organised Executive Assistant to support the deal team.
You will join a friendly, sociable, collaborative team, working closely alongside long standing EAs in an interesting and varied role with scope to get involved with client liaison and projects.
You will receive a generous salary, performance bonuses and hybrid working with one day from home. Stunning offices in the heart of London, HQ in the USA, over 100 staff globally.
Key responsibilities
- Extensive, complex diary and inbox management for the deal team of 8 at VP and Director level
- Producing high level presentations,
reports and correspondence for the deal team
- Undertaking research, projects as an when required
- Being the first point of contact for HNWC’s and acting as an ambassador for your team / company
- Assisting with organising company wide events
- Happy to cover front of house duties alongside the other EA’sIdeal candidate
- Solid PA / EA experience within corporate finance
- Super confident, professional, excellent client liaison skills
- Experience of support strong, demanding characters
