As the Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for driving paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.

This role demands a performance and KPI-focused approach, with a strong understanding of the ASA code. Experience with PPC is advantageous,





as you will work alongside the PPC Campaign Manager to ensure a holistic approach to paid media.

Responsibilities

- Develop and oversee paid social advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging copy, messages, and designs.
- Ensure campaigns are performance-focused and achieve KPIs.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in paid social advertising.
- Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics.
- Ensure all advertising efforts comply with ASA code.
- Contribute creative input and drive innovative campaign ideas.
- Work closely with the PPC Campaign Manager to integrate strategies and cross-train in PPC.

Experience and Skills

- Proven experience in managing paid social advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Meta, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Performance and KPI-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.






- Familiarity with ASA code and advertising regulations across platforms.
- Experience with PPC is a plus.

Ability to stay updated with industry trends and adapt to new tools and strategies.
