We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and devoted Maths teacher to join an incredible school in Westminster starting in September.

Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging maths lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum and individual student needs
- Assess and monitor students' progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing timely feedback and support
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a love of maths and promoting student engagement
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance,
achievements, and behaviour, ensuring data is up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties
- Communicate regularly with parents / guardians, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or queries
- Participate in professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date with the latest teaching techniques and trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Maths or related field
- Teaching certification or licensure (PGCE, QTS, etc.)
- Proven experience in teaching Maths at the primary or secondary level
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum and relevant assessment strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Dedication to professional development and a commitment to ongoing learning
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to effectively plan and manage multiple tasks
- A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners
