Responsibilities
As a Custody Ecosystems Product Manager, you will have responsibility for the following :
- Building a relationship with the FinTech at all levels from CEO / Founder through to Client Engagement / Support
- Fostering relationships with STT Operations, IT, Client Management & (other) Product organisations as required
- Driving the adoption of the platform (internally & externally)

Measuring success
Influencing change
- Participation at industry events including roundtable and speaker opportunities
- Being a champion of change & challenging the status-quo to drive internal & external benefit
- Identifying other FinTechs that can bring value to STT Custody and our Clients
- Developing business cases to assess value; and drive senior buy-in for those that make sense
- Working with Procurement, Legal & TPRM on all aspects of the engagement as required
Skills
- Excellent programme management skills
- Strong PowerPoint skills is key
- Detail oriented - problem solver
- Intellectually curious
- Independent, self-motivated and a team player with strong influencing skills
- Positive, can-do approach and champion of change
- Effectivemunicator at senior levels both internally & externally
Experience
- Held at least one role within Settlements Operations
- Proven track record in influencing change and driving large programmes of effort
- Strong knowledge of Global Custody business preferred, particularly Settlements
- Prior experience working in Product, Operations and / or Technology roles
- Experience working with institutional investor client base
LOCATION
London Canary Wharf, in office four days a week or State Street offices Boston four days a week.
