Contracts Manager – 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover) - PR/006437
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with proven expertise in contract management and negotiation, specifically with the US Government, to join our client on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
This is a hybrid role, requiring attendance in West London 2-3 days per week. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £65k, along with bonus opportunities and the benefit of working a 4.5 day week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and negotiate contracts with US Government entities, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Lead and support commercial account development, driving successful client negotiations.
- Develop and present business proposals, contribute to bids and tenders, and handle contract interpretations.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members to ensure a high standard of contract management.
- Work collaboratively across teams to ensure commercial success and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contract management with the US Government is essential.
- Strong background in negotiating directly with US Government bodies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex contracts effectively.
