What you will do :
PGIM Fixed Ie is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team assistant to provide administrative support for the wider London Team.
What you can expect :
- Support Fixed Ie lawyers, Risk team and Operations team; meeting support, diary management, coordinating international travel and invoicing
- Cover support for the High Yield and CLO team; travel, expenses, printing & binding
- General London Office Administration and general EMEA Team support across the floor including ordering stationary and printer toners, managing meeting room calendars, updating floor plans and organizational charts
- Coordinate with the accounts team to log and process weekly invoices
- Assist with signing contracts, NDAs and other documents through DocuSign
- Cover for other EA roles across Fixed Ie
- Administer meetings and minutes for the EMEA Culture Council
- Build strong relationships with all employees in the London Fixed Ie business
