Gallery Manager
Package : £30,000 - £35,000 basic, dependent upon experience, with an uncapped OTE
Location : Blackheath, London
The Person :
- You will be engaging, confident, tenacious and vibrant by nature.
- You will thrive on achieving sales targets and earning commission.
- You will be passionate about delivering an unparalleled client experience for all.
- You will be competitive, ambitious and driven to succeed.
- Previous experience in targeted sales roles (at least 1 year).
- You will inspire and motivate your team, leading by example
- Previous experience in a team leadership / management role (at least 1 year)
- Knowledge of the art world isn’t required; we provide industry leading training.

The Role :
- Leading by example you will motivate and engage with your team empowering them to succeed
- Client qualification and onboarding of new clients from footfall and business development.
- Sales development with new and existing clients offering our unrivalled portfolio of art.
- Relationship and sales development utilising the galleries client database.
- Hosting events to network and create sales opportunities with your clients.
- Attending home approvals to deliver an exceptional, tailored client experience.
