brbrAs our Shops Support Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our senior retail team, providing training and mentorship to both existing and new shop teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to have a direct impact on the success of our charity shops, which are critical to raising the funds needed to care for sick, injured, and homeless pets.

brbrThis role offers the flexibility of being home-based while involving frequent travel within your designated region.brbrstrongKey Responsibilities : / strong n / divul nli n!Provide training and mentorship to shop teams to improve performance and support their growth.

li nli n!Work closely with the senior retail team to ensure shops operate smoothly and achieve their goals. / li nli n!Lead and motivate shop teams to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

li nli n!Oversee the opening of new shops and ensure successful ongoing operations.





/ li nli n!Ensure compliance with all cash handling procedures and shop protocols.

li n / uldiv n!strongAbout You / strongbrbrWe are looking for an experienced people manager with a passion for retail and a commitment to making a difference.

You’ll need to be someone who inspires, empowers, and sees the potential in every individual. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic and flexible environment, we’d love to hear from you!brbrstrongEssential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience : / strong n / divul nli n!Proven experience in people management and team leadership.

li nli n!Retail experience with a track record of hitting sales and profit targets. / li nli n!Exceptional customer service skills.

li nli n!Experience in training and mentoring others.





/ li nli n!Full manual driving licence and willingness to travel extensively (including some overnight stays).

li nli n!Proficiency with MS Office and basic cash handling. / li n / uldiv n! strongDesirable Attributes : / strong n / divul nli n!Experience managing volunteers.
