We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Drama Teacher to join an excellent school in Harrow. As a Drama Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging drama lessons to students in primary or secondary education.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver interactive and engaging drama lessons to students according to the national curriculum
- Develop and implement schemes of work and lesson plans that cater to the needs of individual students
- Assess and provide constructive feedback on students' progress and performance
- Create and direct school productions and performances
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and professionals to develop cross-curricular projects
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in drama education
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Drama or a related field
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification
- Proven experience in teaching drama to primary or secondary students
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Passion for drama and the ability to motivate and inspire students
- Organizational and time-management skills to effectively plan and manage lessons and productions.
