Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Spanish lessons to students in the school.
- Evaluate and assess students' progress to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation.
- Effectively manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline to create a conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement curriculum plans.
- Engage in regular meetings, professional development, and training sessions to enhance teaching practice.
- Provide feedback and support to students to promote their educational and personal development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience teaching Spanish at the primary or secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish language, grammar, and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Ability to use technology to enhance teaching and learning experience.
