Your new school

I am given an administrative role at a primary school based in Pontypridd. The school has a mixed range of opportunities for the pupils to develop and shape their future.

The staff and leadership team create a caring and supportive ethos for the whole school to feel wee and have an inclusive environment. Your new role

This will be a full-time role, assisting with the day-to-day administrative tasks. The role will be assisting the deputy head and the admin staff with administrative duties while also using the SIMS system.

Some of your daily responsibilities include :

- Filing
- Answering phones
- Inputting data onto the school systems






- Liaising with staff and themunity to resolve problems and deal with enquiries.
- Addressing any other tasks which can arise throughout the day.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience working in an administrative setting. Experience working in a school is desirable but not required.

You will be well-organised and a fast learner with goodmunication skills.
