Job description
Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to :
- Assist with formation of holistic market structure business development opportunities
- Help drive origination and execution of new partnership opportunities, often in emerging business models
- Establish and maintain external relationships with FMIs and industry partners
- Assist with creation and implementation of framework for a firm-wide view of financial infrastructure and priorities for Citi
- Work closely with partners to help improve balance of trade and identify new investment opportunities
- Collaborate effectively with business leadership throughout product areas to align strategy and drive execution of priorities
- Provide internal support for regulatory working groups andmittees with FMI focus
- Provide internal support toward advocacy for regulatory andernance in the (FMI) industry representing Citi's interest
- Act as a leader to support junior team

Knowledge / Experience :
- Experience within banking or financial services organizations
- Experience with financial market infrastructures (Broker Dealers / Clearing Houses / Exchanges) a plus
- Track record with client coverage, with an ability to develop deep and trusted relationships
- Demonstrable knowledge of Markets, Payments, Custody and or Banking (CB / IB)
- Strategic thinker with proven ability to operationalize the strategy
- Experience with team management

- Ability to lead initiatives across the franchise and different stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Strong project management and business analysis skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to multi-task

- Developing ability to lead and demonstrate presence through influence without formal authority
