Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager

If so, we are currently working with a well-established retailer who are looking for a Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager to join their team.
Position : Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager
Type : Full-time, Permanent
Location : Central London 4 days onsite and 1 day remote working
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the ecommerce trading strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Performance Optimisation :
Analyse data and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and improve conversion rates.
Team Management : Lead, mentor, and inspire the ecommerce trading team to deliver exceptional results.
Campaign Management : Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and IT teams to enhance the online customer experience.
Market Analysis : Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to keep our ecommerce platform competitive.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 5 years in ecommerce trading or related roles, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth.
Retail Industry experience would be beneficial)
Analytical Skills : Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Leadership : Demonstrated experience in managing and developing teams.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Proficiency :
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
