Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Maths lessons to students
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and educational resources
- Keep up to date with the latest teaching techniques and strategies
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and achievements
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching Maths in a primary or secondary school setting
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and relevant teaching resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students,
parents, and colleagues
- Good organization and time management skills
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering students' academic success
