Job description

This medium-sized, fast-growing software house has won several industry awards. The company has offices in the UK and Europe and has increased revenues year-on-year at an excellent rate.

They recently received significant investment and they are looking to continue hiring graduates into various roles throughout the business.

These roles are offered with an immediate start- at this time the client is unable to consider those in their final year of studies.

In this role you will be :

- Solving user problems and customer questions around software products
- Providing advice and training to end users on how to maximise their use of the IT software
- Software configuration for customers






- Identifying and gathering ideas from customers about ways to make the company's software products better.

You will follow a clearly defined career path that recognises personal development and contribution to the company.

Skills Needed :

- Achieved a 2 : 1 or above at bachelor’s-level in an analytical subject
- Excellent A-level or equivalent
- First-rate problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with an ability to build professional relationships
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Interest in technology and eager to embark on a career within the software industry
