Role : Support Worker

Salary : £11.64 - £11.94 per hour

Service : Upper Park Road, Camberley

Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. Through understanding the needs of the people you support, you’ll provide exceptional care that truly changes lives.

- Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
- Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
- Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.
- Work across various shift patterns including early, late, weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.

Your Service

Our supported living service in Camberley offers the privacy and independence of private flats with support always on-hand to help with daily living, home maintenance or working towards their own personal goals.







Each flat is decorated by the person living there, with special care to consider any sensory needs or preferences, and the team are here to make sure they’re comfortable and happy in their home.

Next Steps

- Once you’ve applied our dedicated in-house recruitment team will call to share more about the role.
- The next step will be an interview in the service, where you’ll meet the team and the people we support.
- If successful, we’ll organise your Free DBS Check and references prior to confirming your start date.
- Your journey will then begin with a 3-day online induction, before heading to the service to get started.

We welcome applications from all backgrounds, and no experience is needed. You may be new to care,





or already have experience in the social care sector or NHS (Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant).

As long as you come with a person-centred approach, a caring nature, and you are able to demonstrate a commitment to working as part of a team to support disabled and autistic people then we’re here to provide you with the training and knowledge needed to succeed.
