As a financial specialist in our team,
you will not only support the financial intricacies of our operations but also contribute to the pioneering spirit that defines our approach to the AI revolution.
Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented financial specialist to join our dynamic team.
You will play a pivotal role in managing our daily accounting, handling of customer complaints, dispute and invoices, financial reporting, and global tax compliance.
This position requires a seamless collaboration with our CPA and our core team to ensure meticulous tax compliance and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting.
- Develop comprehensive financial reports.
- Monitor and file returns for indirect taxes.
- Work in close coordination with our CPA and core team to maintain tax compliance and address any financial issues.
- Provide written support and guidance to our team, upholding high standards of communication in native-like English.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior role in accounting.
- Strong familiarity with international and US indirect tax laws.
- CPA ideal, but not required.
- Exceptional numerical aptitude and an unwavering attention to detail.
- Experience working with modern software and systems, particularly QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Stripe, TaxJar and Vertex
- Proven ability to navigate challenging situations and receive feedback with professionalism and poise.
- Self-motivated, with the initiative to reach out proactively to official agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
- Mature candidates with a robust background in finance and tax compliance will be given preference.

- Strong written communication skills in English, with the ability to provide clear and effective support.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- The capability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines and maintain tax compliance.
