About the Role : We are seeking a passionate Business Studies teacher to join our dynamic faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching Business Studies to students across Key Stages 4 and 5.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students to excel in their studies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to inspire students
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Business Studies curriculum
Requirements :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Degree in Business Studies or a related field
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities
- Commitment to continuous professional development
