The Role
Responsibilities)

Build and lead a high-performing team of clinical professionals.
Develop and execute clinical development plans for gene therapy programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive clinical trial design and execution.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Provide medical and scientific expertise to guide decision-making.
You (Qualifications)
Medical Doctor (MD) degree is required.
Substantial experience in rare diseases, pediatrics, and gene therapy.
Strong background in neurology is highly preferred.
Proven leadership experience in clinical development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
