Key Responsibilities :
- Planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons that inspire curiosity and promote academic achievement in Lower KS2 students.
- Differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners, ensuring all students reach their full potential.
- Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning environment.
- Collaborating with the KS2 team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the key stage.
Requirements :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience or a strong interest in teaching Lower Key Stage 2.
- A passion for inspiring and motivating young learners, with a commitment to their academic and personal development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A reflective and proactive approach to teaching, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
