About the Role :
As an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in building our future workforce. You'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting exceptional candidates for our early careers programs.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute effective early careers recruitment strategies, including university partnerships,
campus events, and online outreach.
- Source and attract top talent from universities and other relevant institutions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in early careers recruitment.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in early careers talent acquisition.
- Fluency in German.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for developing early careers talent.
